1. RFQ submission
A website RFQ is an initial business enquiry. It is not a purchase order and does not reserve inventory, production capacity or a price.

For standard products, the model, quantity, destination market and required timing are normally sufficient to begin a quotation. For custom projects, drawings, dimensions, material, structure, printing and other requirements may be needed.
3. Quotations
Quotations may depend on quantity, packaging configuration, tooling, printing, raw material, destination, freight, taxes and other project variables. Validity periods and exclusions should be stated in the specific quotation.
4. Samples
Samples may be available for evaluation depending on the product and project. Sample arrangements, charges, tooling and shipping responsibilities should be confirmed with the sales team.
5. OEM / ODM
Custom projects may require technical review, drawings, samples, mould development, approval stages and written confirmation of specifications.
6. Minimum order quantities
MOQ varies by product and project. The MOQ displayed on the website is for reference and does not override a project-specific quotation.
7. Production and delivery
Production lead time, packing configuration, shipment terms and delivery dates are confirmed per order. Website content does not constitute a guarantee of a delivery date.
8. Changes and cancellations
Once a custom project, tooling or production has been approved or started, changes or cancellation may create costs. The applicable commercial quotation or contract controls.
9. Payment and taxes
Payment methods, currency, bank details, taxes, duties, freight and other charges are stated in the relevant commercial documents. Do not rely on payment instructions received from an unverified third party.
10. Final confirmation
Before production, buyers should confirm the final model, dimensions, material, colour, printing, quantity, carton configuration, shipping information and any required compliance documents in writing.
